Total Food 2017 is a three days conference focused on the sustainable exploitation of agri-food co-products and related biomass, thereby helping to minimise waste. It will bring together agri-food companies, scientists, consumer organisations and waste experts to share views and the latest knowledge on ways of minimising and reusing waste.
GreenProtein BV (the joint venture arising from the GreenProtein project), duet to its clear aim of harnessing agri-food co-products (vegetables residues from salad processing) to obtain added value, food-grade functional proteins and other ingredients, will be attending the conference as one of the industry members of the scientific committee.
Total Food 2017 will take place on Norwich (UK), from the 31st October to the 2nd November 2017. More info here.
